D는 대구, TUNE은 곡조를 뜻합니다. 우리가 사는 지역에서 제대로 된 곡조를 만들어 보자라는 의미로 팀명을 만들었습니다. 멤버 모두 전업 음악인이 아니고 음악감독, 심리치료사, 공무원 등 다양한 직업의 종사자들입니다 음악을 좋아해서 오랜 기간 별도의 음악 활동을 해 왔고, 올해 초 여자 보컬이 합류하면서 지금의 밴드 디튠이 완성되었습니다.
 
D stands for Daegu, and TUNE stands for tune. We made the team name to make a good tune in our area. All of the members are not full-time musicians, but have various occupations such as music directors, psychotherapists, and civil servants. We have been performing separately for a long time, but the current band Detune was completed when a female vocalist joined earlier this year.life at home and at work with the energy I get from music I'm not as proficient or fast as my full-time music, but I'm slowly working with people around me to prepare a single album of detune.
