루(Rruh)는 카자흐스탄 알마티시에서 온 Yerik (예릭), Sultan (술탄), Madi (마디)으로 구성되어 있는 밴드입니다. 독자적으로 활동하던 세명의 뮤지션들은 광주버스킹월드컵을 위해 Ruh라는 그룹을 결성하였다. Ruh 는 카자흐어로, [정신]을 의미합니다. 이 단어는 카자흐스탄 사람들과, 밴드에게 아주 중요한 단어이죠. 그들은 밴드 이름처럼 그들의 역사와, 행동, 태도를 한국 관객에게 음악을 통해 소개하길 원합니다.
Rruh is a band consisting of Yerik, Sultan, and Madi from Almaty, Kazakhstan. The three musicians who played independently formed a group called Ruh for the Gwangju Busking World Cup. Ruh is Kazakh and means [spirit]. This word is very important to the people of Kazakhstan and to the band. Just like the name of the band, they want to introduce their history, behavior and attitude to Korean audiences through their music.
